Why should I use it?
Whether you are a tutor, trainer, teacher or educator you will be aware that you are now required to become a member of the Institute for Learning (IfL) and fulfil, record and reflect upon a minimum of 30 hours CPD each year (or pro rata with a minimum of 6 hours if you work part time) making your declaration to IfL. The IfL promotes the innovative use of technology to support professional development and encourages members to use REfLECT as their online CPD portfolio If you are a leader/manager it may be a challenge to deliver your organisation�s CPD programme. The online eProspectus can be used alongside the IfL�s CPD guidelines to enable you to identify appropriate, useful and relevant technology focused CPD opportunities to meet the CPD requirements to support your learning and teaching priorities together with your business priorities across the organisation.

You can search the eProspectus in a variety of ways. To start, you can look at what is available in your region or at opportunities that relate to your particular job role. You can also explore the site by looking at the themes, providers or at what is available within a specific timeframe using the calendar. The open search option is available at any time.
